MYKITA metal-frame COLLECTION NO1 was honoured with the red dot award for product design in 2007. The ERIC model was highlighted as an example of the innovative functional principle that makes screws and soldering redundant for the stainless steel frames just half a millimeter thick. The Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen’s prestigious accolade has been assigning the red dot symbol for outstanding international product design since 1955.
